About mimiMay:
The late grandma May (1936-2019) who specialized in fish doodles is the artist behind the brand “MimiMay”. Mimi was a nickname given by grandma May’s grandfather when she was born as she was very small like a kitten. Grandma May had been doodling journey since early 2017 until 2019. Each fish has its own story just by the look of the eyes and body shape.
Grandma May’s grand daughter, Cher (also the founder of Lurveau) has been working on using these unique and inspiring fish doodles for collaboration work. Cher also started her letter brushing journey early 2017 and she has successfully combined her self taught designing skill to digitalize the fish doodle and letter brushing quote and created this piece.
If you are a fan of unique & out-of-the-world design, this plush pillow is a must-have.
