One of the possible problem is that your account is not verified. A email with verification link had been sent to your registered email address for verification, please click on the verification link to activate your account.

Q: Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?

We normally advise customers not to return items after purchase unless defect because of the extra charges that will be incurred by return shipping. However, if you would really like to return the item, please be informed that we will not be responsible for the return shipping fees. Upon receiving the return item, if the item is still in good condition for selling and wrapping is still intact, you will receive a full refund from us.
