Q: What kind of payment options do Peppermint Zakka offer?
In the meantime, Peppermint Zakka offers two kinds of payment options as below:
METHOD 1: BANK-IN/INTERNET BANKING
We accept offline bank-in (cash) or internet banking transfer payable to Maybank Malaysia account number: 101534122619 or to DBS/POSB Singapore account number: 241-34028-7. Further account information will be provided via E-mail.
For Maybank2U account holders, you can click on the Maybank2UPay Official logo below to make your payment.
Peppermint Zakka is officially listed as online blogshop by Maybank2UPay.
After bank-in, please email us the scanned copy of the payment slip with the following details:
Order reference no.
Your name and contact no.
Payment amount in cash or by internet banking transfer.
Date and time of bank in.
METHOD 2: PayPal
For international buyers, we only accept PayPal payment (In Malaysian Ringgit - MYR, or US dollars - USD only). We will send you a Request for payment by PayPal to your preferred e-mail address.
(Please be informed that PayPal charges of 3.9% + RM2.00 MYR will be incurred for every transaction not more than MYR200. If your purchase is more than MYR200, we will absorb the PayPal charges.)
We will process your order as soon as we confirmed your payment. For Domestic Malaysian orders, parcels will be sent out on the same working day if payment is received and confirmed before 12 noon. If payment is received and confirmed after 12 noon, we will send it the next working day (Working days: Monday to Thursday). You will receive a tracking number once your goods are dispatched.
For international purchases, it will take us a 1-3 processing time before item will be shipped to your country.
Q: Do you provide international shipping service? How much will that cost?
Yes. We currently provide shipping to Singapore via FedEx PAK. If you would like us to ship to other countries, please let us know.

Free shipping within Malaysia for purchase more than RM50.00.
International Shipping fees are calculated during check out.

Q: How do I purchase items from PeppermintZakka.com?
1. Browse PeppermintZakka.com according to the categories on the left hand menu.
2. Check the size or measurements of the item you like to see if it suits you.
3. Select Color/Design/Size (if applicable) according to your liking, and click "Add To Cart".
4. After you have done with your shopping, proceed to "Checkout".
5. Fill in your Personal Information which includes your name, contact details, billing address, mailing address and payment method. Click "Next".
6. Select your preferred shipping method. Click "Next".
7. Double check your details and order. Click "Next".
8. Confirm your order by clicking on "Click here to confirm your purchase".
9. Congratulations! You have successfully placed an order. Please wait patiently. We will check for stock availability and send you an order confirmation with payment details. Once we've received and confirmed the payment, we will process your order within 3 working days.
10. You can check your status by going to MY ACCOUNT -> View Previous Order. You can also view your order here.

Q: I cannot remove and add items into my shopping cart. Why and how to resolve this?
It should be a memory problem from your browser. Please follow steps on below link to delete the cookies:
1. Click on Tools, then Options
2. Select Privacy
3. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history
4. In the Cookies panel, click on Show Cookies
5. To remove a single cookie click on the entry in the list and click on theRemove Cookiebutton
6. To remove all cookies click on the Remove All Cookies button
Q: How do I use a Discount Code?
1. Register yourself at Peppermintzakka.com.
2. Browse through our products.
3. Go ahead and add the items to cart.
4. At your shopping cart page, key in Discount code: e.g. PZ102030 and click on "Apply".
5. Click "Proceed to check out".
6. Fill in your Personal Information which includes your name, contact details, billing address, mailing address and payment method. Click "Next".
7. Select your preferred shipping method. Click "Next".
8. Double check your details and order. Click "Next".
9. Confirm your order by clicking on "Click here to confirm your purchase".
No immediate payment will be required after placing an order on PeppermintZakka.com. We will get back to you with payment information once we have confirmed that all items are in stock.
If you have any questions regarding the description of item such as size or availability, send us an e-mail to email@example.com with your Order Ref number after sending an order to us.
Q: I have signed up to Peppermint Zakka but cannot login with my password. Why?
One of the possible problem is that your account is not verified. A email with verification link had been sent to your registered email address for verification, please click on the verification link to activate your account.
Alternatively, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for technical assistance.
Q: I have a user account with Peppermint Zakka but forgot my password, what should I do?
It is easy, go to My Account page and click on the Forgot password link. You will be prompted with a window and please enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with Peppermint Zakka. The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.
Q: I have a user account with Peppermint Zakka, how do I change my personal info and shipping address?
Go to My Account page, login and you can modify your account details there.
Q: Can I buy from Peppermint Zakka without creating an account ?
Unfortunately no. However once you have created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your login (your email address) and password next time you shop with us. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.
Q: How do I know Peppermint Zakka latest news and promotions?
Q: I have received a few emails from Peppermint Zakka. What are Orders Received, Orders Processed and Payment Receipt?
Order Received: This email informs you that Peppermint Zakka has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.
Order Processed: This email confirms Peppermint Zakka has processed your order.
Order Shipped: This email confirms that Peppermint Zakka has delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.
Q: Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?
Yes, you can. Please see Refund & Return Policy.
We normally advise customers not to return items after purchase unless defect because of the extra charges that will be incurred by return shipping. However, if you would really like to return the item, please be informed that we will not be responsible for the return shipping fees. Upon receiving the return item, if the item is still in good condition for selling and wrapping is still intact, you will receive a full refund from us.
We do our best by providing real photographs of each products and state their current condition in order to let our customers have a better judgement on the items sold on our site. We also encourage customers to check the size and measurements before purchase.
